Returns Policy
Not all purchases are going to be perfect. As hard as we try, things may not always arrive as expected; with that in mind we offer a 14-day return policy on most items.
In-stock items
These orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped yet. If you have already received a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel the order.
These orders can be canceled anytime prior to the estimated pre-order month listed for the item if the order has not been shipped yet. A full refund will be provided if your order was placed prior to January 1, 2022. For orders placed on or after this date, a 5% fee will be applied to the total refund if cancellation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date. If cancellation is requested later than 90 days from the original transaction date, the refund must be submitted through PayPal due to card processor limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
After the estimated release date
All sales will be final after the estimated release date. No refunds or return options will be available.
